Profile for body height of a patient
Profile for the base definition of all body structures.
Profile for body weight of a patient
Profile to describe a clinical study in which a patient takes part.
Profile for the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Performance Status that represents a cancer patient's functional status.
Profile for the classification of a tumor's morphology(histology) and topography using ICD-O-3.
Profile for the description of a tumor's grade using the general four-tier grading scheme following the recommendations of the WHO classification of tumors and UICC.
Profile for the Karnofsky Performance Status to measure a cancer patient's ability to perform ordinary tasks.
Profile to describe the event of a patient consuming or otherwise being administered a medication.
Profile to capture a record of a medication that is being consumed by a patient. A MedicationStatement may indicate that the patient may be taking the medication now or has taken the medication in the past or will be taking the medication in the future.
Dieses Profil beschreibt eine Proband*in.
Profile for the RECIST timepoint assessment response which is available for each assessment timepoint as published here: https://recist.eortc.org/recist-1-1-2/ Please note there is no assessment timepoint response for the baseline assessment.
Profile for the base definition of all radiological diagnostic reports.
Profile of a tumor
Profile for a tumor disorder
Profile for recording measurements of a tumor like the longest diameter or volume. The resource can be used for different measurement methods (e.g. methods in pathology, radiology or physical exams).
Profile of a tumor specimen
Profile for the tumor classification using TNM stage groups (I, II, III, or IV) and TNM staging elements (T, N, and M).
Profile for the residual tumor (R) classification as part of TNM.
Profile for the base definition of all vital signs. May not be used directly. Only for reprofiling purposes.
Profiles the category of a BodyStructure resource in the context of one RECIST procedure
This radiological procedure profile describes a radiological reading process or an automated procedure like an AI algorithm for segmentation. Not the procedure performed during image aquisition which is described in the ImagingStudy procedureReference of the linked reports in this resource. The purpose of this resource is to give structured information in the Diagnostic Report the right context. For example this way a TNM observation resource gets the context which version of TNM was used and which entity was addressed. It can also be used to give BodyStructures resources which were addressed during a radiological read additional attributes. E.g. the category of tumor within a TNM read could be 'Primary' and the very same lesion (BodyStructure) could be 'Target' in the scope of a RECIST read procedure.
This radiological procedure profile describes the radiological reading process following the RECIST criteria. Not the procedure performed during image aquisition which is described in the ImagingStudy procedureReference of the linked reports in this resource.
This radiological procedure profile describes the radiological reading process following TNM criteria. It derives from the Radiological_Read_Procedure and needs to define which entity and in which version the read was performed.
